Ever thought about a career in the Amy Reserve?

A career in the Army Reserve offers you the experience that you won’t find in many other workplaces.  When you join the Army Reserve, your training is about self-development.  We’ll help you learn team-building, decision-making and leadership skills.  You’ll be able to play a variety of sports and take part in adventurous training.  You will get paid for the time you spend in the Army Reserve, with your pay rising as you are promoted through the ranks.

There is an annual tax-free bounty that you are entitled to if you pass the minimal annual training commitments.  New entrants are eligible for extra payments after each of the three stages of training, up to a total of £2,300.  Other financial benefits include Learning Credits for educational courses; which will also assist in an organisation’s skills shortages as well as personal development.  Not forgetting the umpteen discounts for being a member of the Armed Forces.
