As part of the Government's commitment to supporting higher level study, the university has been awarded 18 places, each attracting £10,000 of bursary support for students starting masters level programmes in September 2015.

The Postgraduate Support Scheme (PSS) has been designed to support widening opportunities for groups currently under-represented in postgraduate study.
