Call for a reduced laundry cost for outdoor students, due to the high amounts of washing needed by these students.  Wether it's muddy trousers from a lecture in the fells or just needing to dry ya socks before tomorrow's practical, it can be extremly expensive. Even more so when the machines don't do their job! There is also a limited amount of machines considering the amount of students in Halls.
