Have a wider variety of food available at the London Campus Cafe

The london campus fortunately caters for people with a wide variety of different needs, for example having a vegetarian option, vegan option, halal foods and so on. A lot of the food is very similar such as having sandwiches, panini’s and toast as the main options and snacks such as crisps and chocolate bars. It would be nicer to have a bigger variety of foods available, such as some hot foods or meals that can be heated up in the same way as the others. Some sandwiches are quite expensive and not part of any meal deal, so maybe having an option where students can buy a main meal/sandwich/panini, a snack and a drink for say £3.50 may be beneficial as well.

Yes, the food is ridiculously expensive in the canteen! I see this as a loss to the university because students will not buy lunch on campus if they can find cheaper alternatives in supermarkets. Also, I have noticed a lack of quantity in food, for example if I want a panini I may not be able to get one because 3 other people have purchased a panini and there is none left. I also believe more hot food options should be given, especially when having to stay in university to complete work on cold days and prefer eating something warm.
