Since 1999, your North West Air Ambulance Charity has provided the rapid pre-hospital care needed to make a life changing difference. We operate three helicopters, flying 365 days a year with doctors and paramedics on board providing emergency medical treatment when time is critical. Last year the North West Ambulance Charity flew over 2,000 rescue missions throughout the region and we rely on the work of volunteers to ensure we can continue saving lives every day. We don’t receive government or NHS funding and so are reliant on our volunteers and supporters to help keep our lifesaving helicopters in the sky. So far we have flown 1358 missions since April 2018.
About this role
Our retail volunteers are vital to making our charity shops successful. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who will work well with the retail team to provide a professional and friendly face for the charity and raise vital funds. There are different tasks within the shops for volunteers to do depending on their skills, interests and the need of the shop.

Additional Details
Induction - Volunteers will receive a comprehensive 3 week induction
Reporting to - Shop manager
Hours - The shops are open Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm, some shops are open Sunday 11am – 4pm. Your hours are flexible within this time frame. Your manager will arrange these to suit you and the shop.
