On very rare occasions, students may face issues voting online. If you have attempted to login and are getting the error message "student not found" please follow the instructions below. For all other issues with voting please ring 01524 590 810.

• Please visit https://www.ucsu.me/users/sign_in?click=hyper
• Please use an alternative email address to your student account
  • select “No, I’m new here!” when asked if you already have a password.
• You will be given the option to register,
  • once clicked, please make sure you choose the option “Yes, I am a guest”
• You will then receive an email to your alternative email address, if you follow the instructions this will complete your registration.

  • your full name
  • student id number
  • email addressed used to register
  • (optional) a mobile number - this will be used to send a one off text once your guest account has voting capabilities activated
• You will be emailed (and texted if you have left a mobile number) once your guest account has voting capabilities activated
• If you have sent this email during office hours we will endeavoure to have that voting access granted within 3hours (although it can be as little as 15minutes) so please do keep an eye out for those emails
