Equality access to taught lectures

As the university has a range of rooms across all campuses which has different range of access this has an effect on our disabled students so we would like to see the SU and university work together to get timetableing right for all students to be able to have equal access to they taught sessions in rooms that work for they known access needs with the universty.
We want the universty to ;
- Have a update record of the access of each and every classroms access which is shared with timetable
- Up to date lists with timtabling so they can timetable to the best of they skill set
- A esates plan to improve access for everyone
- A reporting system for when mistaskes happen.
