10th of October is the World Health Organisations (WHO) World Mental Health Day when organisations further their efforts to raise awareness of mental health issues that are facing communities around the globe and how they are making help and resources more available to people who need them.

Mental health issues can affect individuals in many different ways and it is thought that one in four adults in the UK are affected by a mental health issue but only 25% of those receive treatment and support.
