Starbucks is an organisation which is well known for avoiding its Tax responsibilities in the UK, with an effective rate of UK tax of 4% through its tax avoidance schemes. 

It has (inspite of promises to source Palm Oil sustainably) continued to purchase palm oil sourced through conflict. 

It has been found to keep its plantation workers in conditions analagous to modern slavery. 

I believe that the campus canteen space should be used to support local buisnesses which source their coffee sustainably, not sell out to large cooporations like Starbucks.
