The lack of lighting around the ambleside campus makes the walk back to halls from a late night study in the library or drink in the struggle an unwanted adventure. All that needs doing is a few pillar lights to be put along the stairs going down from campus towards halls so you can see where the next step is. The extra lighting will make the campus a safer space for students in many ways.
