Smoking Shelter- Lancaster Halls

I think that the current "smoking shelter" (at Waddell Halls) is inadequate. It offers very little protection from the weather and is not equipped with an ashtray. This shelter is also used by residents during fire alarm incidents and so it is within the interests of many for it to be improved.

I agree with this. Accomadation emails and states we cannot smoke outside halls which is understandable and i agrer with that, but without somewhere adaquate to be protected in what is currently signed as a "taxi waiting point", outside halls is more protected than the given shelter is.
