This week has been supppperrrr busy, I have been trying to catch up with everything after handing my dissertation in. But ITS FRI-YAAAAAYY!!! For me personally, I have been on a mission to recruit a new member for the Board of Trustees. For anyone who isn’t sure what that is, it’s a group of representatives to make sure the work at the SU isn’t ‘going to waste’ and has you, the students, at the fore-front of our decisions; alongside appropriate funding ofc!

As well as this we have had meetings after meetings: a fortnightly catch up with our CEO – Danny-; social media feedbacks; accommodation updates with Vanessa Pattinson and Car parking introductions with Adrienne Waldie.

This weekend is another exciting one! We have Lucy coming to stay again -eeeek- BUT we need to record a load of videos for your Welcome Week ☹ It’s not that I don’t enjoy showing my face to the world, it just takes me about 50 million takes to get it right!
