HAPPY FRIDAY TO YOU! 

Not for us though… We will be working all weekend! Well, Lucy is coming to stay again and we’re going to be filming all of our welcome videos, so it’s not real work. But it is going to be a busy weekend! Thankfully, we have managed to get all the scripts sorted today. 

In email & meeting land, I have been getting involved with even more aspects of the EDIW committee and having lots of email introductions. We have had two focus groups this week, to discuss the University’s actions in terms of the Black Lives Matter movement and Black History Month. These have been incredibly insightful, and I’ve had the opportunity to meet some wonderfully inspiring and knowledgeable staff members! Now, we just need to hear from the student voice! There have also been a huge amount of emails flying around about updates on regulations, procedures, risk assessments… The list goes on! I have been really impressed with how hard everyone has been working to get this information out there, and it’s not long now.
