I believe that we need more healthier options within our canteen. Healthier living and eating is good  for our mental health. The healthy options are limited and they are stationed right next the unhealthier options. if they were laid out better people may choose the healthier ones.

The fruit does not look very fresh and we have to pay for salad if we want it as an extra. I believe that salad should be included in the price and there should be more healthier alternatives for us to choose from.

This would also help promote positive mental health within universities in staff and students.

i created this, and i would just like to add that I am currently trying to lose weight for health reasons. I went into the canteen the other day and I asked them for a jacket potato without salt and they said they are unable to do that and to just not eat the skin. This is after me telling them I am eating healthy. they could not give me any alternatives.

A lot of the prepacked sandwiches are very high calorie considering they should just be bread and filling - options without mayonnaise and butter and always good - maybe a make your own wrap sort of station?
