Outdoor Area/Smoking Shelter in Ambleside

We accepted the University statement that this may cause noise pollution and that shelter would be made available on the site.
An outdoor area where students can meet on the accomidation site and or a smoking area so, which is a social space, an outdoor social space at accomidation would also encorage more people to comeoutside on a noce day.
