Petition to have an area specifically for smoking away from hall accomodation. At the moment smoke from outside the front door is coming into the ground first and second floor windows, making it not only unpleasent to be in rooms but also unhealthy.

Some of the students on my course have had a similar problem with smoking outside lecture buildings and leaving cigarette butts on the floor.
Is it possible for you to forward this link to them, we need 5 more signatures to make this possible.
