Many students when signing for a new house for their next year do not truly understand what the house is like. It’s onlt when you move in do you realise all the problems and things wrong with it. The only way to fully understand these things is by hearing the opinion of a previous student who lived there. My idea is for a website where students can review student landlords or properties after living there thus giving the students for the next year an insight into what the house is really like. This would cause students a lot less discomfort and would mean that they could concentrate on their study’s more rather than the issues they are having with their student house.
