I think that overnight lights should be switched off in rooms that arents acessible 24 hours. When Im studying late at night, nearly all lights are switched on in building that we dont even have access to. Save electricity, money, and the environment by having montion sensor lights which can switch themselves off, or ensuring that they are switched off at the end of the day.
