I would like the university Accommodation team to hold an urgent town hall meeting with students and senior members of staff to address the accommodation issue that is currently taking place. 

I would also like the university to look at employing a full-time member of staff to the accommodation team, so issues can be addressed as soon as possible not 3-5 working days.

After the townhall meeting has taken place and the issues of the students have risen have been taken on board I would like the university to bring in an outside body to examine how the team works and the standard of accommodation offered, to see what can be done to help improve.

Once this has been addressed the university need to have a charter which holds them to account by students. This could be done by campus reps or house representatives.
