Cosmopolitan

A cosmopolitan, or informally a cosmo, is a cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed or sweetened lime juice.

Sex on the beach

A Sex on the Beach is an alcoholic cocktail containing vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice and cranberry juice. The cocktail is usually consumed during summer months and is one the UKs most popular drinks.

English Garden

Gin, elderflower, cucumber; quintessentially British ingredients that are perfect for creating a refreshing summer cocktail. English garden is really easy to make and could be made into a jug cocktail, too, just multiply the ingredients by the number of people you want to serve.

Singapore sling

The Singapore Sling is a gin-based sling cocktail from Singapore. This long drink was developed sometime before 1915 by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon, who was working at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel, Singapore.

Mojito

Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball. Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. Its combination of sweetness, citrus, and herbaceous mint flavors has made the mojito a popular summer drink.

Bloody Mary

A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing tomato juice, and other spices and flavorings including Worcestershire sauce, hot sauces, garlic, herbs, horseradish, celery, olives, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lime juice and celery salt.

Caipiroska

Caipiroska is similar to Caipirinha prepared with vodka instead of the usual cachaça. It is a very popular cocktail in Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. It is also sometimes known as caipivodka and caipirodka.

Kamikaze

The Kamikaze is made of equal parts vodka, triple sec and lime juice. Garnish is typically a wedge or twist of lime, you may find Kamikaze’s beinmg consumed as shots.

Elderflower Collins

The Tom Collins is a Collins cocktail made from gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water. First memorialized in writing in 1876 by Jerry Thomas, "the father of American mixology", this "gin and sparkling lemonade" drink is typically served in a Collins glass over ice.

Bramble

The Bramble is a cocktail created by Dick Bradsell in 1980s London, England. Best described as a spring cocktail, the Bramble brings together dry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, crème de mûre, and crushed ice. Bradsell also suggests finishing off the cocktail with some fresh red fruits and a slice of lemon.
