I feel that the view has not much healthy food other than salad and jacket potatoes. Am sure not everyone wants to just eat these for dinner and or tea. I have also experienced lasagna on the main course for four days on the run and the variety of food in the view is shocking as they constantly have the same foods on such as Jacket Potato, chicken wraps, pizza , chips and sandwiches just as an example. As i said i don't feel there is anything healthy for us to eat apart from the salad which to be fair is not very appealing nor has anything to put with it i.e. meats. I feel that this needs addressing because there are people who have the catered accommodation and have paid for these meals and the quality and quantity is lacking. I feel that also some people are trying to use university to lose weight and this is not helping them with the lack of healthy foods. If you want to do this, it would require you to use extra money to go to the shop and buy healthy products and i don't think this should be necessary because we already have catered accommodation. Having said this, i think something needs to be done and that they need more range of foods and more healthy foods on offer for students to eat.

Catering options are continuously under review and students can feedback directly to Baxter Storey on forms which should be available in the catering outlets. Some food is available after normal hours if requested.
