Friends of Rickerby park Aims: To work in partnership with Carlisle City Council and other agencies for the overall benefit of the park.
Mission: To Raise awareness and promote Rickerby Park as a quality Greenspace in Carlisle.
To encourage the community to play a proactive role in the management of the park, through practical activities and events and most of all HAVE FUN whilst we're working in the park.

Friends of Rickerby Park are looking for students to join their volunteer team on the 2nd Saturday of the month to undertake work in the park. Tasks include bulb planting, tree surveys, varnishing benches, litter picking and gardening. please click apply above and Anne will be in touch will more details or call Anne on 01228 590145
The group meets at Eden Bridge Gardens at 10am and finish 12.30pm
