The Allied Health Fellows (AHF) is an interprofessional society uniting students from Health and Social care courses. We design and deliver community based projects that directly address local health inequalities and promote preventive medicine.
AHF Mission
To improve health literacy, population wellbeing, and access to care through teamwork, health promotion and community service.
💡 What We Do
-PUBLIC HEALTH INTERVENTIONS : Deliver targeted health promotion workshops in schools, care homes, and community centres.
-TACKLING HEALTH INEQUALITIES:Partner with local services to support vulnerable community groups and address the social determinants of health.
-POLICY & ADVOCACY PROJECTS: Collect real stories and turn them into narrative projects that humanise healthcare and showcase creative skills.
